Mrs. Fee says: Spencer has done such a great job learning all the things to be a rock star in Pre-K. Some things were hard for him at the beginning of the year, but he kept trying his best and is doing awesome! He is such a kind, hardworking, and sweet boy!

Mrs. DeCapua says: Being new to a school is hard, but she has done such a great job adjusting and learning all kinds of new routines. She doesn’t give up when things are hard and always tries her very best to show off all of the new things she is learning.

Mrs. Phillips says: She has worked so hard to learn her letters and sounds so that when she gets stuck on a word, she doesn’t give up. She tries her very best to sound out the word and blend it together. I am very proud of her.

Mrs. Bergstrom says: Auden always puts in his very best effort in all areas. When something is hard, he never gives up and is determined to keep trying until he has it! Auden also always encourages his classmates when something is hard to keep working through it.

Mrs. Bergstrom says: Stella works so hard and never gives up when work in the classroom is hard. She keeps trying until she gets it right. She always puts forth her very best and is a great example of true grit to all her classmates.

Miss McStraw says: She works so hard each day and always comes to school with the biggest smile. She never gives up and keeps trying until she says, “I’m done.” She always gives her best effort and is a great example of perseverance!

Miss McStraw says: He works very hard every day. He never gives up and truly tries his hardest in the classroom. When things get tough, he tries his hardest with the biggest smile on his face.

Mrs. Morrow says: He always tries his best and puts forth amazing effort on everything he does. He goes back and checks his work even though that takes extra time. He never gives up!

Mrs. Morrow says: He never gives up on anything that he is working on. He keeps trying until he gets it correct. He helps his classmates if they need help and reminds them that it’s ok to make mistakes but to keep working at it.

Mrs. Morsman says: He is kind and never gives up! His classmates say that he always keeps trying, even when the questions are hard to answer. He also never gives up in gym class when they play games, even if they are close to losing.

Mrs. Goodling says: He never gives up and always keeps trying. He had a broken arm, but he didn’t let it stop him. He always has a positive attitude and shows grit. If he doesn’t get something at first, he believes in himself until he accomplishes his goals.

Mrs. DeArmitt says: Her classmates say that she never gives up and is able to get all her work done by Friday. She doesn’t get upset if she has to make corrections on work that she handed in. She never gives up in soccer, and she pushes herself to succeed.

Mrs. Taylor says: His classmates said when things get hard, he never quits. When things are challenging, he keeps pushing forward. He keeps working hard when playing soccer.

Mrs. Souder says: She has persevered to meet her goals. She never gives up and always tries her best. When things are hard, she never quits; she keeps practicing until she gets it - for example, learning her multiplication facts and tying her shoes.

Mrs. Dunn says: He is always willing to try new things, even when he is unsure of how it will turn out. He never gives up and keeps pushing himself to learn new things and go outside of his comfort zone to meet all expectations in 5th grade.

Mrs. Ganoung says: He continues to work hard and try his best with everything that he does in the classroom and while playing basketball. If he misses a shot, he keeps trying until he makes it and is always working hard to improve.

Mrs. Cashimere says: Congratulations, Austin, as you use perseverance every day you come to school and complete your work. And you always do it with a smile on your face.

Mrs. Pataye says: Zoe shows perseverance by always pushing herself to complete her work on time, even when she is absent. She does the work with a smile on her face. Congratulations Zoe!
