My name is Mrs. DeArmitt, and this is my eleventh year teaching fourth grade at Hinsdale Central School. I have a son, Jacob, who will be turning two this year, three rather goofy dogs and two cats. I enjoy spending time with my fur babies, friends and family. I have been a Buffalo Bills fan for as long as I can remember - Let's go Buffalo! I love going for walks, having cook-outs and simply being outdoors.
I am from Olean, NY, and received my Master of Science in Education from St. Bonaventure University in 2013. I currently have two certifications. My first certification is Childhood Education (Grades 1-6). The second certificate I hold is Literacy (Birth-Grade 6). The fourth grade is departmentalized. Mrs. Taylor teaches math and science, and I teach reading and social studies. I am looking forward to a challenging yet fun-filled year!
